Innovature Leadership Workshop 2023: Connect And Share

Leadership workshop is one of our internal activities designed to cultivate and enhance the leadership skills of our team members, fostering a culture of continuous growth, innovation, and collaboration within our organization. Took place on Sunday, 3rd December 2023, Innovature’s Leadership Workshop successfully connected our leaders and helped them develop leadership skills.

Ahead of the workshop, every participant will receive a Leadership Passport containing challenges tailored to foster stronger connections with their colleagues. Through this innovative “passport” concept, the HR team aspires to make every leadership journey at Innovature a memorable and enriching experience.

The workshop resonated with laughter as our leaders enthusiastically participated in engaging warm-up activities and showcased their best in various games. These activities not only strengthened bonds but also highlighted essential skills such as teamwork, communication, and leadership.

The focal point of this workshop was Interviewing skills for hiring managers, where we concentrated on delivering significant insights regarding global talent trends, various interview types, and essential interview skills.

In exploring this theme, our emphasis is on the crucial role of leaders. It’s not just about proficiency in management, leaders should also embody the qualities of an ideal ambassador, capable of attracting prospective candidates to the company.
